Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vybe Labs collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use AI Headshot on iOS, Android, or any related service. It is intended to be accessible from the app and from the Apple App Store and Google Play listing.

2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use AI Headshot, we may collect or process:
- Photos and generated images. Images you select from your gallery or capture with your camera, template images selected in the app, generated headshot outputs, and related image URLs.
- Purchase and subscription information. Subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction information, and restore-purchase data processed through RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play.
- Technical and service information. Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, request logs, storage URLs, and similar information processed by Firebase, Cloudflare, Replicate, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or other infrastructure providers as needed to operate the app.
- Support communications. Information you choose to send us by email, including your email address and any details needed to answer your request.
- Local app preferences. Some settings, onboarding state, and app preferences may be stored locally on your device.
AI Headshot does not require you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect government IDs, precise location, contact lists, or health information.
3. Camera and Photo Permissions
The app requests camera and photo-library access so you can choose or capture an image for AI headshot generation. You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. If you revoke access, image upload and generation features may not work.
4. How We Use Information
- To upload your selected image and generate AI headshot results.
- To provide premium features and manage subscriptions, purchases, and restores.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app and related services.
- To respond to support, privacy, deletion, and content-reporting requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. AI Image Processing
When you generate a headshot, your selected image may be uploaded to Firebase Storage and sent through our Cloudflare Worker to Replicate or another AI infrastructure provider used to create the output. The generated result is returned to the app.
We do not use your photos to identify you, verify your identity, or create a biometric profile. AI Headshot is an image-generation app, not an identity verification or biometric recognition service.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the app. These may include:
- Firebase and Google Cloud services for storage, database, hosting, and infrastructure.
- Cloudflare for request routing and security.
- Replicate or related AI infrastructure for image generation.
- RevenueCat for purchase entitlement and subscription management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and billing.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we process information because it is necessary to provide the app and subscription service, because you consent to selecting and uploading images, because we have legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, or because we must comply with legal obligations.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AI Headshot, operate subscriptions, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and handle support requests. Purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or us as required for billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
You may request deletion of personal information or uploaded images by emailing gokhantrz3434@icloud.com. We may ask for information needed to verify and locate your request. Some information may be retained if required by law, needed for dispute resolution, or controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another provider under their own terms.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable law grants those rights.
- You can report unlawful, offensive, or unsafe AI-generated content by emailing us.
10. International Transfers
We and our providers may process information in Türkiye, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including secure infrastructure providers and encrypted network connections where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. Children
AI Headshot is not directed to children under 13, or to children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing. Do not use the app to upload images of minors unless you have the legal right and all required consent to do so. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
13. Store Privacy Disclosures
For Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety purposes, AI Headshot may collect or process user content such as photos, purchase information, identifiers or transaction IDs, diagnostics, and technical service data. These are used for app functionality, subscription management, security, support, and legal compliance. The exact store declarations must remain consistent with the app version, SDKs, and backend behavior.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
